give me time and give me space
Sunlight shone down onto the meadows with a fierceness, heating up the ground below as flowers reached out to try to touch the source. Large, tabby paws moved through the long grass of the meadow before blue hues looked back for a familiar ticked tabby pelt, "I promise I am not bringing you out here for nothing," This large pointed cat spoke with a smile playing across a lynx patterned maw. The young apprentice bounded forward slightly in excitement as they got closer to their destination.
Solarclan camp well within the midst of the sunflowers, the lynx point had brought out fellow apprentice, Cornpaw, out with them. They had been walking for the better part of the morning while they brought up that everything would be worth it every few feet. They where in the part of the territory where tulips and daffodils grew, further up towards the edge of the territory, and then the large tomcat slowed his pace as they got closer to a little enclosed space.
Barleypaw had spent the better part of the day yesterday making it, a little den. It was woven with different stalks of tall grass and flowers, settled beside a little brook that babbled through the tops of the meadows. Heather-blue eyes sparkled slightly in confined excitement as Barleypaw turned to Cornpaw with a little chuckle, "It seems cheesy, but with everything going on and what not- i thought it'd be good to have a little get away when things get hard," He spoke and his tone indicated his silly it sounded out loud than it did in his head. Oh he was going to be laughed at for certain, but that was okay!
The large lynx point turned to fully face his yellow counterpart, "That sounded less silly in my head," He admitted slightly with a flick of his tail.
Speech.
