| WISTERIAGAZE See me in a new light Silvery-white paws would pace the space within her den as she waited for her Deputy and Medicine cats to answer her summons. What were they going to do? Each day it seemed like more and more cats were falling prey to this strange illness that was plaguing the clan lands. She had heard whispers that Borealisclan and Eventideclan were being hit the hardest as they had no healers for themselves, and Wisteriastar hoped that a cure found one day soon. The idea of two of the four clans falling into ruin made her stomach twist in painful dread. No, they all had to make it, surely Astralclan would not bless their formation just to let them be wiped out. Right? The vines at the entrance of her den would rustle, and the molly would turn to offer her counsel a soft smile as she waved her tail to invite them in further. "Thank you all for coming, I know times are hectic right now." Her tone was apologetic, particularly to Milkspeckle and Quietseed. She could not even imagine how crowded the medicine cat den possibly was with all their new patients. She would take a seat and wait for Mothdust to sit beside her before she began, "I called you all here to think up a plan for how we are to treat this illness. Milkspeckle, Quietseed, have either of you received any sign from the stars that may provide an answer?" // Mothdust Milkspeckle quietseed Female - 18 Moons - Leader - speech |

Milkspeckle sat across from his leader with an unusually somber expression for the usually upbeat tom, his eyes lowered partially in respect but mostly in shame. He felt deeply ashamed of himself for failing to save the cats that had died from the illness already, whether they were in Lunarclan or not. "The signs have been vague, Wisteriastar, and the stars quiet. I cannot speak for my apprentice, but though I can tell Astralclan wishes to help, I cannot seem to understand what they are trying to communicate. Every sign I have received could mean any number of things." His voice grew more frustrated and upset with every soft word, until he forced himself to pause and take a deep breath, looking up at Wisteriastar with an apologetic slump to his shoulders and grief in his eyes. "I'm sorry for failing our clan. I cannot tell how the illness is spreading or how to cure it. I can only treat the symptoms and hope the victims survive."
